Once you have contacted us, an appointment will be made to view the tree in need of attention.
Our representative will survey the tree and the site it is on, and discuss with you what he feels is necessary to maintain the health of the tree and what these works involve.
wether it is crown thinning, crown lifting, pruning or felling, he will make his recommendation based on this visit. If there is a tree protection order on the tree we can contact the local authority to make arrangements for any works to be authorised. If you are unsure if a TPO is in place, we will also get this confirmed for you.
within the next 7 days you will receive a written qoutation confirming the work to be carried out and a price which is guaranteed. This can include the removal of all waste, or if you wish, we will log all timber that is suitable for later use.
If you decide to go ahead with our quotation, then a date will be set within the next 30 days to carry out the work.
Upon arriving on site our team will move any items which may be in the way, and set up safe working area. The work will be carried out and the site left in a clean condition.
